Can me someone help me and say me, which program/s I should take to can stream from TV Card to local network under linux (gentoo) ?

personally i like "motion" which is pretty good i think... no nonsense etc... but there are so so many in portage (motion isn't actually) camstream isn't a bad one.

and please don't ask to be mailed privately, forums are about sharing information for everyone..
