Unhappy streamer and cron record only 3 seconds

Hi all, it's the my first post, and i'm brazilian, sorry my english...

I'm using (kurumin)debian linux, with kde 3.5, (distr update),
I has much work to configure my pixelview bt878 and a bigger work to configure it to record...
the mencoder don't work:
Code:
kurumin@pcton:~$ mencoder -oac lavc -lavcopts acodec=mp3 -ovc lavc -lavcopts vbitrate=1800 -tvdriver=v4l2:norm=pal-m:channel=12:chanlist=us-broadcast:adevice=/dev/dsp:width=640:height=480 -vf pp=lb -o ~/movie-640x480-1800kbps-pal-m-30fps-deint_ci-`date +%H:%M-%d-%m-%Y`.avi tv://
but the streamer work to record ... perfect, its resolve.

the problem is when i configure the cron with the kcron for the user kurumin, the task record only 3 seconds...

See my cron configuration generated by kcron in my /var/spool/crontabs/kurumin:

Code:
root@pcton:/var/spool/cron/crontabs# more kurumin
# DO NOT EDIT THIS FILE - edit the master and reinstall.
# (/tmp/kde-kurumin/kcronjFY9Ca.tmp installed on Sun May 28 12:1
7:16 2006)
# (Cron version -- $Id: crontab.c,v 2.13 1994/01/17 03:20:37 vix
ie Exp $)
# Novela das 7
10 19 * * 1,2,3,4,5,6 /usr/bin/streamer -t 1:10:00 -s 352x240
-r 24 -o ~/NovelaDas7.avi -f mjpeg -F stereo > ~/GravarTv.log
# This file was written by KCron. Copyright (c) 1999, Gary Meyer
# Although KCron supports most crontab formats, use care when ed
iting.
# Note: Lines beginning with "#\" indicates a disabled task.
root@pcton:/var/spool/cron/crontabs#
Anyone know what's this problem ?

Thanks to all help.

I hug,
Ton

I'm find anything related with the mailserver... but I don't know how to configure or verify if it's the problem.

if (talent < has_detached) {return effort ^2} //Se will not be able to be distinguished for the talent, is successful for the effort.

I hug,
Ton

I Installed the exim and configure the cron variables to send mail to root@pcton...
And this resolved my problem.

now i can record without limitations

if (talent < has_detached) {return effort ^2} //Se will not be able to be distinguished for the talent, is successful for the effort.

I hug,
Ton
