Strange Process

I have been noticing some strange processes all of a sudden appearing on my box. One is called "scan-a" the other is called "stealth"

I havent done anything in the past few days to add these.. anyone ever heard of them? If not, is there a way I can keep them from running, it shoots my proc usage to 90% when they run

I guess if it;s a webserver people scanning you now and then is normal however you still might get a firewall on there.
