Question Strange problem: running XINE causes logout

Hi Guys!
I installed XINE so I could see streaming videos from the Internet in the Real format.
However, when I try to open the stream my system opens it with gxine ....and...............whoa... next thing I know , I am back to the login in prompt.
FYI, I am using KDE on RH9

Any ideas?

Thankx in advance...

I know it is a longshot, but....

Which video card are you using?

I was having a similar problem, and it turned out to be related to the voltage settings of the AGP port in my BIOS. I had to up the default voltage setting a bit for my ATI Radeon.
