Stop Spam

How do i stop spam coming into my mailserver?
Also how do i stop viruses coming in?

They have to started but just want to make sure i start stoping them before they start

try using spamassasin

For spam use spamassasin and for antivirus, something like clamav. Search on this site because this has been discussed before so you will get more info from those discussions.
