still can't run x
32 mb ram with 1mb video chipset. xfree says 32 mb is enough ram to run x window. However i cant. ive been trying to locate the video chipset infomation online to check for documented incompatability. This is an ibm aptiva circa 1994. Its stock with 3.9 g hd, 32 mb ram, and 1mb video (onboard)..
I have tried upgrading my version of x with no luck. Im trying to allow for one measly graphical like LinNeighborhood on blackbox or wmaker. Thats it.
