So I have tried Stickam on several different laptops that have Ubuntu (all of which the webcams work on tested via Cheese Webcam booth and other various apps) and the video on Stickam never works... After some Googling I found a couple of threads:
The first details a horror story of sorts that is an extremely ghetto method of making it work, the second thread never had any success. How ever both threads are decently old so I was wondering if there is a better/easier method of getting this working now?
Thats wonderful! I'll have to remember to search next time - that does indeed solve my problem. It is a bit annoying that stickam has such poor linux support.
