static compilation of Qt programs

Hello guys,

I'm using Qt 3.1.2 under Linux in static mode. I linked everything statically not to have any dependency. This works quite well under some distrbutions. But under Mandrake 9.1, my executable just crashes.

If I remove the -static g++ option while linking, my executable doesn't crash but has a lot of dependencies (of course).

Does anyone have the same pbs as me? Did someone find a solution for that?
