Starting rox filer

Everytime i try and start rox filer i get this error:

The standard MIME type database (version 0.9 or later) was not found. The filer will probably not show the correct types for different files. You should download and install the 'shared-mime-info-0.9' package from here:
http://www.freedesktop.org/standards...mime-info.html

If you have already installed this package, check that the permissions allow the files to be read (check /usr/local/share/mime/globs or /usr/share/mime/globs).

I have version 0.12 of the mime types and copied /usr/share/mime/globs to /usr/local/shar/mime/globs just to be sure. So now it is in both locations and all users have permission to read and execute both copies.

Cancel that. I just compiled it from source and all's well that ends well.
