Starting a program at blackbox startup, to open on a different workspace.

I looking for a way to start program like xmms in my music workspace at startup on blackbox or mozilla in my browser workspace.

I have succeeded in modifying my .xinitrc file to open these program at startup but they always open up in my default workspace1.

Is there anyone that could help me on this one, probably a simple command?

For now the last line of my .xinitrc are like this:

# Start the window manager :

bbkeys &
blackbox

See the fluxbox man page:

If you are not running the dev version (0.9.2), but instead running 0.1.14 or older you may need the remember patch: http://bugfactory.org/~gav/fluxbox/

I don't know whether fluxbox will read .fluxbox/apps without it (you could try), but the patch does add the functionality of remembering your current settings.
