Start program minimize and as a tray icon in IceWM

Like my title says, what must I add (to my .xinitrc or my .icewm configuration files) to make a program start as a Tray Icon and minimized? I recall seeing it in the FAQ at icewm.org, but I looked again earlier, and I couldn't find anything about it.

So, if the program in question supports the --iconify commandline argument you're in business. Otherwize you may be able to figure a way to use -geometry, at least to sorta maximize a window.
