Start kcm (kde) application under xfce

I have installed this software wacom tablet under kde and I'd need to make it work for xfce4. It's a graphic tablet manager.
When starting it I get :
D-bus connection to the kded daemon not available
kdeinit4 and kde4d are running.

Any idea ?

In the shell output I get :
Object::connect: No such signal QDBusAbstractInterface::tabletAdded()
Object::connect:  (receiver name: 'TabletWidget')
Object::connect: No such signal QDBusAbstractInterface::tabletRemoved()
Object::connect:  (receiver name: 'TabletWidget')
kcmshell(2443): DBus reply tabletAvailable failed
kcmshell(2443)/kcontrol KCModuleLoader::loadModule: This module still uses K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY. Please port it to use KPluginFactory and K_EXPORT_PLUGIN.
