Start Firefox in Next Session

When I reboot my computer, most of the programs that I was running before pop up again, as they should with the Restore Session option selected. One glaring exception is Firefox, which I have to manually start up with each session.

Is there a "fix" for this, and why does it happen with some programs and not others?

I dont know why this happens. But if I had this problem I would just add firefox the the sessions startup apps. I dont know what your setup is like but i'm pretty sure any recent version of gnome has the same setup as my 2.7.something.

Preferences--> Sessions--> Startup Programs
