sshd failed

I had my box running for the first day-
i got sshd, httpd running.
on the second day i woke up.
i cannot login to my box remotely with ssh (through putty)
even the http. I login to the box directly reboot it - still doen't give me positif result.

i go in to the /var/log/ - look in "secure"
i found this error
Received Singal 15; terminating
Server listening on <ip> port 22
- error: Bind to port 22 on <ip> failed: Address already in use
- fatal: Cannot bind any address
Server listening on <ip> port 22
