squirrelmail - shared calendars

anyone used the shared calendar plugin for squirrelmail?

I have installed the compability, calendar_sql_backend and the new calendar. Squirrelmail are working, but I cannot share calendars. I have a button saying "share external calendar" but I donīt know how to use it or how the syntax is.

I do not have a "administer calendars" under the option menu..

Anyone know about a good tutorial or step-by-step guide?
