SQUID Problem

Hello!

I installed squid-cache for proxy in my Linux box. When from the office I try to use home to proxy i get access denied: "1076091050.308 40 213.30.4.2 TCP_DENIED/403 1331 GET http://negocios.pt/ - NONE/- text/html". But if i telnet (from my box over ssh) to localhost port 3128 I get TCP_MISS: "1076088869.091 334 127.0.0.1 TCP_MISS/302 635 GET http://www.google.com/ - DIRECT/66.102.9.104 text/html
"

My squid.conf:

acl all src 0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
acl compuquali src 213.30.4.2
acl to_compuquali dst 213.30.4.2
acl network src 10.0.0.1-10.0.0.2/255.255.255.0
acl manager proto cache_object
acl localhost src 127.0.0.1/255.255.255.255
acl to_localhost dst 127.0.0.0/8
acl SSL_ports port 443 563
acl Safe_ports port 80 # http.......

# Only allow cachemgr access from localhost
http_access allow compuquali
http_access allow Safe_ports
http_access allow manager
http_access allow all

icp_access allow 10.0.0.0/255.0.0.0
#http_access deny manager
# Deny requests to unknown ports
#http_access deny !Safe_ports
# Deny CONNECT to other than SSL ports
#http_access deny CONNECT !SSL_ports

Any help?
