squid conf: squid failed when I type insert redirect_program /usr/bin/squidguard

Dear all,

I am trying to use squidguard with squid. Everything seems to be fine so far till I realised that when I try to insert a url_redirect_program /usr/bin/squidguard in the squid.conf, the whole squid cannot work.

Below is what I did:
I inserted the line url_redirect_program /usr/bin/squidguard in the squid.conf file.

then I typed services squid restart
and the outcome came out as: Aborted

2009/02/06 22:53:52| helperOpenServers: Starting 5 'squidGuard' processes
FATAL: squidGuard /usr/local/bin/squidGuard: (13) Permission denied
Aborted
