Squid ACL - what happens when a user go goes past their allowed access time?

I'm doing research for a home network setup. I want to use Linux as the OS for the server. I have 3 kids, I would like to restrict their time on the Internet via Squid's ACL access function. I'm wondering if Squid will log off my kids once the ending time I entered for each kid is reached. i.e. one kid can log on to the system from 3:30pm to 6:00pm.
The other related question is can I configure Squid to cut off the Internet access off once the ending time is reached, but still allow access to network resources, i.e. printer, audio, video files, applications, and files.

Thanks in advance for any and all help, comments and pointers in the right direction.
