SQL Anywhere Open Source Tools

Do open source tools or APIs support SQL Anywhere databases? Specifically, I have a SQL Anywhere database on a Windows system, and would like to process it from a Linux system.

Well Perl has driver for that: DBD::SQLAnywhere .
According to Google SQLAnywhere uses odbc so I guess http://search.cpan.org/~mjevans/DBD-ODBC-1.16/ODBC.pm is also an option.

As mentioned in chrism01's response, there is a perl DBD driver for SQL Anywhere at: http://search.cpan.org/~smirnios/DBD-SQLAnywhere-1.16/.
In addition, there is a PHP driver available at: http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1019698.
The Linux developer edition of SQL Anywhere (available for free at http://www.sybase.com/detail?id=1016644) includes the above drivers as well as a Linux ODBC driver, a native driver (embedded SQL), and a JDBC driver.
