Spideroak pandora_sqliite file uses all disk space.
Hello.
I use spideroak on Kubuntu 10.4 Today system have informed me that I run out of free space on my home partition. I found very a strange behaviof of file with name "pandora_sqliite_database" inside /home/.spideroak directory. File name is "_sqliite_", not "_sqlite_". File size increased to 5GB now it decreased to 3GB, but it is still strange because I backup only 60MB. What is inside this file? Is everything OK with this its size? Thanks. |
My spideroak backup is 1GB and my pandora_sqliite file is 90MB. So something isn't right with your setup. I think there's an option to make backups locally. Perhaps you have that option checked?

Problem is solved.
I received exhaustive explanation from spideroak support. It happened because I was downloading file in backup directory and its size was always changing. |
