Spider Clone for linux
I'm not asking for a collection of solitaries, i already installed pysol and it's great. But it lacks a feature that is essential to soften my dad's migration to linux: you can't play with one or two kinds (you know, hearts, spades, i don't know the exact english name) but only with 4 kinds. With 4 kinds winning odds are too low for my father and he complains about it (he actually has a brain even if my description of him is deceiving :)). I even tried to run spider with wine but i can't get it to work...
do you know a spider clone with such a feature? |
i had to edit
it was an OSX based solitaire game sorry.. #edit again# i have found another ... (for linux this time :P) go here i didn't try this one, just found it, so i don't know if it has the options to pick amount of suits to play with, but spider is included, so just give it a go ... |
here's another ... its just a link to the tarball and its simply called spider :D

i've already tried xpat and doesn't have that option (yes i know i'm picky, but it's not my fault).
i can't build the spider tarball, it's different from the usual ./configure;make I tried $ xmkmf mv -f Makefile Makefile.bak imake -DUseInstalled -I/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config In file included from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/config/Imake.tmpl:2049, from Imakefile.c:35: Imakefile:1: invalid preprocessing directive #Run Imakefile:2: invalid preprocessing directive #This Imakefile:3: invalid preprocessing directive #to imake: Exit code 1. Stop. $ but that was the error output i got. |
