Speed reading program


Hello,
Are theree any speed reading programs available in Linux???
I mean software that can make you read faster, there are several techniques for that??
In windows there are alot of programs, but for linux
I 've searched and didn't find
So any help is apperciated.

I think reading is best learned using real texts (books, newspapers, ...), there's really no need for a computer program to do that. I think they teach it at schools for young kids using simple printed text materials. In my opinion using a computer in this case only slows the process down, plus hurts your eyes more
