Hello All,

I have setup Spamassassin for one of my clients. I did it by following the online tutorials available on the Spamassassin site.

Now I want to check :

1. On which port spamassassin is running..

2. and my spamd configuration.

I have to set SpamAssassin to be set up to listen on IP xx.xxx.xx.xxx, and in addition, it should be set up to accept connections from IP yy.yyy.yyy.yyy.

To the best of my knowledge, this is done by adding the following parameters with spamd command:

spamd -i xx.xxx.xx.xxx
spamd -A yy.yyy.yyy.yyy

Now after configuring how can I check my Spamd configuration.

Sorry, i don't know SpamAssassin but you may check for given these arguments in a config file, ie. /etc/spamd.conf (or something)

To check for the ports you may try. 'netstat -ap|grep -i spamd'

'netstat -ap|grep -i spamd' is what I was looking for.
