spamassassin blacklist

When I place an address in blacklist of spamassassin necessary to restart the service amavisd to function.

The problem is that it delays very to restart the service. The server is motionless 20 seconds...

He has another way to add the email in blacklist without needing to restart amavisd to function?

the command amavisd reload, delay very. Exists another possibility to load the lists of spamassassin?
