You should train spamassassin from time to time since spammers always new methods to deliver spam. Take a look here to see how you can do this.

I ran the following problem
sa-learn --showdots --mbox --ham /var/mail/namit

have looked threw that but keep getting this error...
.................Parsing of undecoded UTF-8 will give garbage when decoding entities at /usr/share/perl5/Mail/SpamAssassin/HTML.pm line 182.

Anyone know why this is? googleed it and game up with few things but no solutions

it may be counter productive to try to train spammassassin unless you collect lots and lots of spam to feed it.
might be better to just crank up the filter
required_score 1.0
some will stil get through but less often

So if i decide to collect spam and ham for a while what is the best way of storing it can i just store it as .eml files and then read them into spamassasin?

Also should i turn off autolearn if i am going this root?
