source codes/tutorial guide for generating packets with flow labels using any program
 

I am doing a project for QoS multicast implementation

I now want to develop a user interface and generate packet (UDP, flow label to identify the path)

I just a beginner for this!

I would like to seek solution from others.

Is anyone familiar with this field and provide me with some good tutorial or sample source codes??
