soundcard not detected in redhat linux 9
 

I have installed Redhat linux 9. When i browse the info center and click on Sound card, it says "No information". But i am able to play music CD's from KSCD. I am unable to play XMMS 10 and REAL PLAYER. Help ME.

pl. specify the ur soundcard

u are able to play music cd because that is because of ur cd rom drive and the audio cable in it

it does not reqire an OS or soundcard
