SOS Graphics Card Driver Needed

Please if anyone can help !!!!
I have a Compaq Laptop (Compaq 1800) with an ATI MOBILE RAGE LT graphics card and I cann't find a suitable driver!!!!

a privider requested about 140$ for a driver under LINUX !!!

If anyone has something that can help....
Please HEELLPPP!!!!

For XFree86 4.1.0 you should be able to get something with the 'ati' driver.
