some icons missing in natilus3 under xfce4

hello
I installed debian testing with xfce and nautilus 3.4.2.
Unfortunatelly nautilus toolbar lacks some icons - see attachment.
Problem remains with each theme and each icon set.
What could be the reason?
How can I check what particular icon files it looks for and where?

for the gnome3's nautilus under a different DM you might need to install the rest of gnome3

or do not use any gnome 3 desktop programs

Yes, but unfortunately nautilus is much better than thunar and I got accustomed to it.
I think I do nod need whole gnome to solve icon problem.
I'm almost sure that there should be configuration trick do do that.
