software to create a video of waves from an audio file
Is there an application available to generate videos of waves of an audio file? I've seen this kind of things in player's plugins but they are normally just viewers and won't generate a video from it.
No, that's not what I want. I want a video _displaying_ the waves that are currently sounding. Think of amarok's displaying the actual waves that were being output at the time. Perhaps plain wave and spectrum analysis together. That's be nice.
