software that can create iso images with added drivers

Hi there --

We are trying to load Fedora Core 4, yes I know it is obsolete, onto a server that utilizes SAS drives. The distro in question does not have the appropriate drivers native to a vanilla iso image, so I need to create a new iso image that contains the drivers in question.

Can anyone recommend an application that will allow me to create a new iso image that will contain the drivers that are needed for the install?

Thanks.

If I understand you correctly just mount the .iso with the loop option, add your files where you want them, and make a new .iso. Make a new checksum for it.
md5sum
sha256

Something like
Code:
mount -o loop youriso.iso /mounting/point
I think file-roller may do the same thing

You need to make a .iso of the install disk?
Code:
dd if=/dev/cdrom of=youriso.iso
Look at
mkisofs
K3b
Code:
cat /dev/cdrom > youriso.iso
Search LQ for making and buring .iso immages. Lots of threads on that.

I'd think one may need to recompile the kernel????? Depending one how one wanted to use the system. I'd think one may wish to have it supported in kernel.
