Software rtf2latex or doc2latex?

Hello,

There is tex2latex, but in the way around, would you know eventually a possible solution (direct doc to tex/latex).

It would be great if a solution already existing was available.

Best regards
Pat

Would also be great if you tried to look this up before posting a question. First two hits in Google for "convert rtf to latex" are links to two packages that do exactly that. There's unrtf, And, since you're a huge MS Office fan, you probably don't realize that Libreoffice can already do this, with the writer2latex extension.
