Software for Job Costing

Good Day

I am looking for software that can do the following, I have googled and looked at freshmeat.net as well as sf.net.

The software is for an Architect firm so that they can do their long term costing and planning.

The software must be modular and have the folllowing

1. Time tracking
2. Job costing and budgeting
3. Project planning
4. graphs

As this software is for Architects, if somebody has this sort of software available it would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
