Software for creating diagrams?

I'm looking for all the major FOSS diagram tools for GNU/Linux so I can try them out to see what I find to fit my needs best..
Any ideas? I've only tried Dia so far,It doesn't have to be GTK/GNOME, QT/KDE or any other toolkit-yabidy-yab specific, but it would be "nice" if it where available in the official debian repository for Debian Stable.

like a Visio?

OpenOffice/StarOffice has "Drawing" in it.

Also the Gimp and Blender, but i don't know whatyou mean by diagrams.

Kivio is a part of KOffice and can be, I think, installed on it's own. Or you could try MS Visio with Wine or Crossover Office.

Also, try KDissert, or Dia

Dia would be the most like Visio, I think

btw, you may have to download these packages. KDE3.4 includes KDissert by default, but Dia only comes with certain distros
