Software for backup over Internet?

We want to backup a few computers over Internet, mainly Windows clients to a Linux server.
We are using rbackup ( http://remote-backup.com/ ) today, but it's not working well.
Does anybody know about an open-source app for this?

But rsync can't be used on a Windows computer?
