SMTP Authentication

I'm trying to set up SMTP Authentication with RH8.0. Sendmail seems to be set up to accept it, but I'm getting an error "authentication failed."

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Hmm... have you installed "POP before SMTP" or what do you mean with SMPT Authentification?
Does the user exist in your system with the right pass?
