Smart downloading

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a way to achieve an intelligent method of downloading some RPM's.

I'd like to download all of the FC4 rpm's from this webpage.

http://www.openafs.org/release/latest.html

Can wget actually help me ?

I thought that something like this would of worked but it does'nt. Maybe I need to grep for fc4 in the filename as well. There must be an easy way to do this... any idea how ?

wget -A rpm -l0 http://www.openafs.org/pages/release/latest.html

Thanks.

I think that page has some sort of redirection going on behind the scenes. All of my attempts at using wget to download the rpms recursively result in 1 page being downloaded (index.html) that doesn't exist when trying to access it from a browser.

Looks like you have to do it manually...

I spent another 15 minutes experimenting with this again today and figured it out, if anybody is interested.

wget --no-parent --no-directories -l0 -ri -A.rpm,.md5 -R.html,.gif http://dl.openafs.org/dl/openafs/1.4...a-4/RPMS/i686/

Regards.
