I'd like to know if there's a client out there that I could use to test smap stuff. I mean, when I want to test one LDAP service, I normally would use ldadsearch or konqueror to test what an ldap server is sending clients on a query (list nodes, etc). I'd also use a sniffer to test what's going on in the wire for debugging purposes.
I'd like to do the same with smap servers. Is there one application like that that I cluld use to browse one SMAP service? i tried with konqueror, but apparently it doesn't speak smap.
By the way, I tried with cone, but first, I didn't find how to set up the SMAP account and second it's a real email client and I just want to be able to browse without having to set up mail accounts on a client (if possible).
