Small Fluxbox 1.14 config question

I used to use the development version of Fluxbox, but I found it to be too slow and buggy (compared to stable version) so I have just switched back. I'm loving the speed but there are one or two things that bug me.

Is there any way I can have all open windows shown in the toolbar, like in the development release? By default only minimised apps are displayed and I can't find any setting to change it.

I know its a small thing, but its bugging me, if anybody can help I'd be grateful.
