slideshow for linux


Hi,
I'm searcing a software for to make slideshows with png/jpg files within a directory. I want to add music in future.
Is there something from command line?

I've read good things about dvd-slideshow, although I've not used it. Check it out at sourceforge: http://dvd-slideshow.sourceforge.net/wiki/Main_Page

Check out Impress, OpenOffice's answer to Powerpoint. It is part of the standard OpenOffice Office suite.
