Slackware Network Config

In Slackware, how can I configure my network card?

In Fedora there was the "Network Configuration" option under System Settings in KDE, but I can't find anything like that in Slackware.

Thanks.

Type netconfig at the command line or you can edit the /etc/rc.d/rc.int1.conf file. Net config is the easiest.

Thank you, but it doesn't seem to be working...

I ran netconfig, but I didn't know what to put in hostname and domain.

I just used localhost and localdomain, since I've seen that before.

I used auto DCHP for everything else, but when I run mozilla it doesn't connect to any sites...

Thanks.

BTW, yes, I AM a Linux n00b, however I DO know how to compile stuff

Slack - good choice - I've been amazed at how well 9.1 picks up net cards.
