Exclamation Slackware


I wanna get linux but im on dialup so i cant exactly download red hat or anything like that so if someone has some suggestions please let me know im new to this and have never installed linux before. Also im using windows xp and i have a two hard drives one with the XP and one with ME
so please help me out! Thanks.!

you can get cheap linux copies from resellers on the web, such as cheeplinux, LinuxEmporium and other websites, just search on google for more websites selling cheap copies of linux.

there is plenty of places to get cheep linux cd's on the web, but if you havent used linux befor i wouldnt suggest slackware as your first distro, i use slackware and think its great but it will be hard work compared to a version of suse or fedora

good look with trying out linux hope it works for you
