Simple Question

What would be the best video player for Mandrake 9.1 to play DivX movies? Please provide a link to an .rpm with all necessary files to install the software. Much appreciated!

Does anybody know of one?

trickykid 07-15-2003 11:30 PM

mentioned a million times on this site, at least daily.. http://www.mplayerhq.hu

DrOzz 07-15-2003 11:31 PM

either xine or mplayer and since they are the most popular a simple search will give you a link.

Task 07-15-2003 11:41 PM

MPlayer Installation needs libdha.so.0.1
Sorry I'm a Linux newbie, but where can I find this?

DrOzz 07-15-2003 11:44 PM

well both the mplayer package and mplayer-vidix comes with that file. are you sure the the mplayer package is saying it needs that, or is it another package requiring it?
