Question Simple graphical linux programming language?

Hi again,

In windows I always used visual basic for any simple, quick graphical applications that I might want to make.

I learnt perl which i use in linux, but i value the ease of graphical creation of VB.

Anyone any good ideas?

Cheers

if you want to build (poorly written and implemented) interfaces you can use a tool like Glade for gtk applications, and then just fill the balnks in, it can output to perl code as long as the relevant modules are installed.

generally though those sort of things aren't that common in linux, as you're using a real operating system now...
