sim/gaim -> icq contact/buddylist lost

hello!
as i had to realize, sim did not save all my new contacts with icq to the icq server
so i have not any other contact that is included automatically if i use gaim for chatting...
the only ones i can see are the old ones i added witrh the icq - the original... but that are only 10 of about 100...
as you can image i am not happy with a solution that tells me to include each one by hand. so can you tell me please, how to get my contacts uploaded to the icq-server or at least how to import the sim (xls) buddylist in gaim.
thank you for help
