What is "SIM"?
and--in this context--what is "traffic"?

If SIM is some big application like a game, then maybe you are running low on memory? Or graphics card is too slow?

SIM is clone of ICQ. And it takes TOO much traffic!! e.g. - 2 minutes of chating takes 3mb of traffic! Is it clear?

Have you tried running a network traffic analysis tool like wireshark/ethereal or tcpdump to see what the traffic is? If that doesn't tell you what is going on at least you'll be able to provide more info here...
