I really don't think this is a harmful problem, but if you want to troubleshoot it check out your error logs and see if there are any helpful messages.
/etc/rc0.d/K25squid and
/etc/rc5.d/S90squid are symbolic links to your squid startup/shutdown init scripts, which if memory serves are in /etc/rc.d in redhat.
It would seem that squid is getting started, perhaps just a problem with the init script. You can check out the relevant lines in the script(s) if you like.
Without knowing much about squid I canno9t tell you if you need to be concerned or not.

I thought you had squid running by design. If you don't even know what it does you can probably shut it down and free some resources. You may have a great number of resources running that are unneeded. Take a look at your services.
