shell script

I am in the process of downloading a game, it says to do this

Run it like a big shell script to install:

sh ./armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin

do I type ./armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin in the directory?
or type sh ./armyops-lnx-170.sh.bin in the directory

the game is army ops

from my experience, either one will work although there maybe some issues with doing ./*.bin

but if the instructions tell you to use sh ./*.bin, why not just use that?
