Share files in double partition Ubuntu 18.04- Windows 10

Hello I wanted to know if theres any possible way to share files or programs (like word or typingmaster) between ubuntu and windows.

Files? Yes. Look into samba for sharing files between windows and linux

Programs? Not likely.

would be nice to explain better (or give us some examples) about what do you mean by sharing files or programs and double partition

Another option is to create a shared data partition which you access from both operating systems (ntfs would be the best format to use). Of course, you can directly access files on a normal Windows partition from Linux (try this out), but a shared partition would perhaps be a better way of organising things.

Set up VNC on the Windows machine and VNC into it from the Linux machine.

I read it from the title of the thread that the OP has a single machine that is dual booting Windows and Linux.

Hopefully the OP will come back on and clarify the situation.

Usually one makes a windows readable folder that can be used to share between linux and windows. Windows can't easily read linux filesystems. While booted to linux, mount this shared folder (RW NTFS-3G) to access it. While in windows this folder will need windows file permission to access it like any windows folder.

Almost every distro has ntfs-3g by default.
