.sh Script to run another via browser

Im trying to get a script to run another script I have written elsewhere on the system.

I have setup CGI in a apache to run the scripts from cgi-bin, so i can run a script called 'start_css', which I want it to call a script located at /usr/home/username/SRCDS/ and if that completes to print something like 'started'. so far have something like this for the script:

echo "Content-type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1\n\n"

./usr/home/username/SRCDS/ && echo "Started!"

echo "CS:S Server Started."
echo "Attached to Screen 'css'."
only thing is the script isn't called or isnt working correctly as called from the web folder. I know the second script ( works from prompt...

Here is the second file contents (
echo "*Starting CS:Source Server..."
sleep 1
screen -A -m -d -S css ./srcds_run -console -game cstrike +map de_dust +maxplayers 12 -debug
cheers for any help
